Prime Software approached Unbound Software with a vision to create a comprehensive ERP and accounting solution specifically designed for the regulatory, operational, and taxation demands of the CEE market.

The challenge was enormous: build a scalable, multi-module ERP and POS ecosystem from scratch, capable of supporting hundreds of companies across borders, languages, and regulatory environments.

Process
The initial development involved a full team commitment over 24 months, including:

Post-launch, Unbound Software continues to support and evolve the platform, ensuring seamless updates to reflect legislative changes and client needs.

Today, over 300 companies across the CEE region rely on Prime Software’s ERP system for their daily operations. Nearly all use it on a daily basis — from issuing invoices to payroll, accounting, and inventory management.
However, due to the system’s complexity and feature depth, onboarding new clients was initially time-consuming, often taking up to 10 days.
Recognizing this bottleneck, Unbound Software collaborated with Prime Software to completely revamp the onboarding flow — through better UX, pre-configured templates, intelligent defaults, and onboarding automation.
